Our Story
In 2012, our family acquired a small working farm, envisioning it as an agricultural education venue. Named Lazy P Adventure Farm, we aimed to inspire and educate. The farm flourished, with thousands joining us every October for a festival filled with a massive Corn Maze, a pumpkin patch where families planted and harvested pumpkins, a petting zoo, ag-related education exhibits and activities, and much more.
A Pause and a Transition
Covid-19 led us to pause our beloved festival. As we, the founding family, transition into a new phase, we shifted focus. Our Barn and shade tree-laden lawn area has become a sought-after venue for weddings and events, and in addition, we provide table and chair rentals for off-site activities. Yet, our community’s desire for adventure persisted.
The Adventure Resumes
Today, Lazy P Farm is back with an exciting return – In addition to our two special event venues, the Lazy P Farm of Terror reopens its doors, the Farm of Terror is a unique blend of fright and fun. This seasonal attraction adds excitement to our offerings and is even more frightening than ever before. As we navigate change, our commitment remains steadfast. Our website now guides you through our offerings, inviting you to explore, learn, and create memories. This is a journey where history meets innovation, offering excitement and charm in equal measure.
